Can You Pre-Pay A Silent Cremation?
To enable affordability of a silent cremation, this service is conducted exclusively at need.
Payment in full is required before the cremation takes place.
Can We Add Additional Options To A Silent Cremation?
No, a silent cremation includes all necessary costs required for NSNA cremation and cannot be varied.
Macarthur Lady Funerals Basic NSNA package includes all the necessary costs however, additional services such as viewings, can be added if desired.
How And When Are The Ashes Returned?
Ashes will be returned to us normally within 7 days and collected from Macarthur Lady Funerals.
Early pick up can be arranged, on requested.
There will be an additional postage fee of $60 if posting of ashes is required.
When Will I Receive The Official Death Certificate?
The death registration will be submitted to NSW Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages directly following the cremation.
The official death certificate will be forwarded to the applicant by registered mail approximately 2 weeks after the service.
A copy of the medical certificate can be supplied on request if needed.
